Microsoft Excel - cannot empty the clipboard

Symptoms

• You are trying to move a cell in Microsoft Excel, then you get a message

          "cannot empty the clipboard"

• You also run "Babylon" on your pc.

Workaround

Make sure that "Babylon" is not running while you are moving cells.
