The government tenders are closed to me

Guy Hochman says "The state, that is, the government ministries and government companies today constitute a very large purchasing power, but due to the threshold conditions in tenders, small and medium-sized businesses cannot take part and compete for providing services to the state."

This means that the government companies close the market and give an entry ticket to a few companies that are usually the largest in the market. They basically neutralize the ability of small and medium-sized businesses to make business progress and, in addition, prevent competition.

A second difficulty is manifested in the payment culture that exists in the country, which creates a cash flow problem. Small and medium-sized businesses are usually profitable and successful businesses that are regularly subject to a cash flow problem due to non-payment on time by customers. This creates a flow problem for the company itself which directly affects suppliers, employees and more.
