Popup menu in PowerPoint. What is it, and how to cancel it?
When presenting presentations in PowerPoint, a semi-transparent button appears in the lower corner of the screen, which, when clicked, will open a menu that allows various actions to be performed. The actions in the menu are sometimes necessary and it is desirable to have the possibility to perform them, but in fact a menu showing the same options will appear after right-clicking anywhere else on the screen. The button in the corner of the screen may interfere with the presentation, and is not necessary.
How can you cancel the appearance of the button?
Inside the PowerPoint software, go to the "Tools" menu and select the "Options" option. Here, go to the "View" tab and uncheck "Show pop-up menu button". In order to cancel the display of the menu by right-clicking anywhere else on the screen, you can also cancel the check next to "Popup menu when pressing the right mouse button".
